中國海警局新聞發(fā)言人就菲海警煽宣炒作發(fā)表談話

  Statement by China Coast Guard Spokesperson on the Philippine Coast Guard's Provocations and False Accusations

中國海警局新聞發(fā)言人劉德軍表示，近日，中國海警位黃巖島附近管轄海域內例行組織維權執(zhí)法訓練，并依法提前發(fā)布了航行安全通告。其間，菲方糾集大量船只沖闖中方演訓區(qū)，打著“捕魚”的幌子，企圖制造事端、煽宣炒作、騙取國際關注。我們正告菲方，立即停止挑釁滋事和炒作抹黑。中國海警將依法在中國黃巖島海域開展維權執(zhí)法活動，堅決維護國家領土主權和海洋權益。

Liu　Dejun，　spokesperson　of　China　Coast　Guard，　stated　that，　recently，　the　China　Coast　Guard（CCG）　conducted　routine　rights－protection　and　law－enforcement　training in　the　adjacent　waters　under　China＇s　jurisdiction　near　Huangyan　Dao．　The　CCG had issued　a　navigation　safety　notice　in　advance in　accordance　with　the　law．　During　the　training，　the　Philippine　side　assembled　a　large　number　of　ships to　intrude　into　the training　area　under　the　pretext　of　“fishing”，　attempting　to　stir　up　trouble， sensationalize　the　situation　and grab international　attention．　We　warn　the　Philippine　side　to　immediately　cease　its　provocative　acts　and　smear　campaigns．　The　CCG　will　continue　to　carry　out　rights－protection　and　law－enforcement　activities　in　the　waters　of　China＇s　Huangyan　Dao　in　accordance　with　the　law，　and　will　resolutely　safeguard　China＇s territorial　sovereignty　and　maritime　rights　and　interests．
